Hey, I'm back after a long hiatus. Not really a hiatus per se, I wasn't sure I'd keep updating the community since it isn't that successful, I figured nobody is interested.

Anyway. I thought I'd give it another try.

Chris has been very active in France in the past months, promoting his new musical Cléopâtre Cleopatra. He'll be playing Julius Cesar.

If you want to know more about Chris thoughts on the project, read his first blog entry on his myspace page.

Well, here is the good news!

I found an old video from 1995. The song is entitled Run Chris wrote it . He recorded it with his mother Véronique Sanson. They performed live on Taratata a very popular show in France, hosted by Nagui. The show was shot September 30, 1995 and broadcast November 12, 1995.

This song is featured in Sol en Si's second album. Okay, well, Sol en Si stands for Solidarité Enfants Sida - literally solidarity kids AIDS, it's also a play on words because Sol en Si is a musical term but I won't even try to explain or translate it for you. You get the gist. It's a non-profit organization that tries to help the kids and their families. One way for the organization to make money is through the Cds and books sales.

There are currently 6 Sol en Si albums available. If you want to learn more about the association, click here. Sorry French site, no English.

Anyway, without further ado, I bring you, Run.

I've got a good and a bad news! Which one do you want to hear first ?

Well, okay, let's start by the bad news, I intended to post 3 videos from a concert where Chris played at Le Réservoir, in Paris, In November 2006 with Andy Scisco and Paul Personne as guests but sadly the videos have been removed.

And that's too bad it was great, they even sang Sweet California together. Well, since I can't bring you the videos, I thought I'd post the poster.

Check the next entry for the good news!
